| All dogs entering BCSK are required to produce a copy of up to date vaccination records including Kennel Cough vaccination. Each dog must have heart worm preventative or a $10 monthly fee will be charged and heart worm preventative will be provided. |

| Billing Disclosure: A month of training will be paid for up front. The cost of training is $450.00 a month; this breaks down to $15.00 per day. When your dog is dropped off at the kennel you will pay a pro-rated amount of $15.00 per day for everyday until the first of the next month. This amount will be paid in full when your dog is dropped off at the kennel. You will then be invoiced due on the first of the month for all additional months your dog will be at the kennel. If payment has not been received by the 10th of the month there will be a 20% penalty added to the amount due for that month. Also if payment is not received by the 10th all training on your dog will stop until payment is received. All vet bills incurred during training will be billed to the owner of the retriever. |
